Can I book a delivery slot?
Yes, you can book your delivery slot at the time of booking order. Delivery slot is subjected to availability.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days, subjective to your area code. Customised products take around 15 days to be delivered, based on the requirement.
My order has arrived damaged. Who do I contact?

Only Part of my order has arrived. Why?
In rare occasions, few of the ordered products are unavailable. In such situations, we try to deliver the orders in parts. In such situations, you will be duly informed by our customer service executive.

What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?
Do not worry!! If the product you selected is out of stock, you can subscribe to our Product Out Of Stock subscription using your email id and we shall email you as soon as the product back in stock.
Why is my payment rejected?
In many situations, payments can get rejected because of server issues. Even in case of a rejected payment, our server will notify us the same and our customer care will get in touch with you to help you with the payment process.

No, in our local store we only sell our products.
Does Heads Up For Tails sell pets?
We at Heads Up For Tails only sells pet related products. We neither sell any pets nor do we endorse selling of pets in stores. Heads Up For Tails actively encourages adoption of abandoned pets from pet shelters and individuals.
How Do I return items bought in store?
We do not give refunds, and refunds are in the form of store credit or product/size exchanges only.
Items eligible for exchange need to be in their original condition,: brand new, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached, free of odors or stains, pet hair, unwashed and in resell-able condition.
